About Me
I love people, and I love creating tailored strategies for startups to thrive. Finding people who thrive at a startup? Well, those are a unique group. Finding your early team members who cares about the work as much as you do and who treat the company as if it were their own is imperative. And no easy endeavor.
I've been fortunate in my career to join companies early, in some cases as number five and others as number fifty, where I’ve built processes and programs from scratch by truly understanding the business need.
My passion area is working with early teams to define their hiring plan and help execute it against their business goals. I've seen firsthand what works and what doesn't when it comes to putting hiring plans in place, and one of the most significant pain points can be not having a plan at all.
When we put people first, our users, candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams, and think about each of their experiences in turn, we can build processes and programs that are right-sized, mission-aligned, and effective. Through this process, I aim to understand your organization's vision and help it come to life through your most important asset, your people.
